Tues - Sat: Home based (Goodyear) 

No additional guest! 

Deposit: 50% of service price (+ processing fee) non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Remaining balance will be taken after service. 

Forms must be completed 24hrs before appointment start time if not completed appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation policy: 

Clients must reach out 24hr before start time of appointment to reschedule.  If cancelling any service treatment day of appointment non-refundable deposit will be kept. First deposit can be used to reschedule appointment if you meet the 24hr notice but must book next appointment within 7 days from original booking date. If unable to attend next appointment booking a second deposit will be required. 

Late policy:

All services have a 10 minute grace period. Once 10 minute grace period is over appointment will be cancelled.

Reminders: 

Reminders of upcoming appointment will be sent out 2 days before appointment. 

Day of appointment: 

Address will be sent out day of appointment. Once you arrive to location please send me a text on Instagram or my phone number so I can come outside and bring you in. 

Age policy: 

Any clients under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present during treatment service. At the beginning of treatment service parent/guardian must sign contest form before starting service. Failure to do so treatment will have to be rescheduled.
